BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monday – Friday, Full Time, Onsite
- Benefits Available
- Take inbound calls from patients
- Assist with applications
- Determine if callers qualify for copay assistance
- Previous call center experience
- Previous medical field experience (knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance)
- Ability to learn call center computer software
- Great communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
