BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monday – Friday, Full Time, Onsite
• Benefits Available
• Take inbound calls from patients
• Assist with applications
• Determine if callers qualify for copay assistance

• Previous call center experience
• Previous medical field experience (knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance)
• Ability to learn call center computer software
• Great communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
