RemX is looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to work as Travel Rewards Customer Service Representatives for a major tech based company in Alpharetta, GA 30005.

We are currently interviewing and would love to speak with people who are passionate about providing quality customer service and assisting customers with booking travel reservations. This is a long-term position with growth potential and benefits. You may start off as a contract associate while you complete the needed background and onboarding for our client then go permanent with them!

Onsite: Alpharetta, GA 30005

Pay: $17.50 an hour (Additional $1 per hour for Bilingual Spanish)

Availability: Multiple Shifts available including Mornings, Mid-Day, Evenings. 1 Weekend Day REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls from customers looking to book travel either using their rewards that have been accumulated or purchasing travel using their payment card.
• Assist customers with changes and cancelling reservations
• Assist customers with navigating the customer website/portal, viewing and using their reward points
• Assist customers experiencing issues with points redemption, etc.

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED - High School Diploma or Equivalent
• REQUIRED -1 year of recent work experience with travel, airlines, hotels, or car rentals
• Preferred - Bilingual Spanish/English
• Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills within a fast-paced environment.
