TYPE: Long term contract with potential for permanent hire; onsite; first shift Monday - Friday

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Maintain employee records including attendance records
  • Update applicant tracking system with new hire information
  • Schedule interviews for HR team
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • General administrative support for HR team
  • Notate performance evaluation information in HR system
  • Prepare reports for HR team
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required; some college in HR or business is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of office environment/administrative experience is required
  • Must be bilingual – fluent in Spanish
  • 1 year or more of HR experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or HRIS system is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
