Payroll and HR Solutions company is looking for call center Supervisors to direct a Team in the provision of services to clients. Will Provide leadership and technical advice on multiple product lines in order to resolve problems.
Job description
- Assists with development of goals and improvement strategies
- Supervises and schedules staff;
- Assigns, directs, and checks the work of assigned personnel to ensure quality client service.
- Provides technical expertise on multiple product lines to resolve client concerns
- Establishes and maintains a positive, professional relationship with clients.
- Makes hiring recommendations and evaluates performance
- Supervises training of personnel; recommends, implements, and monitors on-the-job training
- Maintains knowledge of changes in payroll laws, policies and procedures
- Resolve client issues and review product suite as needed to insure the highest levels of client retention.
- 2-5 years Call Center supervising experience
Benefits:
- Pay Range: $60,000 -$75,000 (annually )
