Payroll and HR Solutions company  is looking for call center Supervisors to direct a  Team in the provision of   services to clients. Will Provide leadership and technical advice on multiple product lines in order to resolve problems.   

Job description

  • Assists with development of goals and improvement strategies  
  • Supervises and schedules staff;
  • Assigns, directs, and checks the work of assigned personnel to ensure quality client service.
  • Provides technical expertise on multiple product lines to resolve client concerns
  • Establishes and maintains a positive, professional relationship with clients.  
  • Makes hiring recommendations and evaluates performance   
  • Supervises training of personnel; recommends, implements, and monitors on-the-job training  
  • Maintains knowledge of changes in payroll laws, policies and procedures  
  • Resolve client issues and review product suite as needed to insure the highest levels of client retention.  

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years Call Center supervising experience

  • Pay Range: $60,000 -$75,000 (annually )
