Our large Medical Records Client is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their team!! 

Position: Medical Records Outreach Agent (Outbound Calls)

Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay & Benefits

Equipment Pickup: Durham, NC

Shift: Must be able to work a shift M-F 9am-5:30p

Position Details:

• Handle high volume outbound calls.
• speak with providers to collect patient medical records

• 6+ moths of previous call center experience 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• High speed internet and the ability to work from home
