Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative

 Location: Remote Work from Home! *RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA & Surrounding Cities*

COVID-19 VACCINE IS REQUIRED PER CLIENT!!

 Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay & FULL benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

 Training: Remote- Work from Home! **All equipment provided for you by the company**

 Shift: Monday- Friday No Weekends! Must be available to work an 8hr. shift between 5am-8pm

Position Details:

• Handle high volume inbound phone calls from patients, and providers with a smile!
• Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
• Provide appropriate follow-ups when required

Requirements:

COVID-19 VACCINE IS REQUIRED PER CLIENT!!

• Previous call center experience required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• High speed internet and the ability to work from home
