My Payroll and Benefits Services Provider client is looking to add driven, proactive, and outgoing employees to their Customer Service Representative team!

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: In office: Phoenix, Az *and surrounding cities only*

Pay: $20/hr. + FULL benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Training: Four (4) weeks classroom + two (2) weeks nesting Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Shift: Monday- Friday Must be available to work an 8hr. shift between 8am-6pm

Start Dates: Start dates are every Friday once the background clears

Position Details:

• Inbound Customer Service Rep assisting small to medium size businesses with their payroll needs and questions

• Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat

• Maintain an understanding of client offering/products

• Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce

• Ability to accurately input client data

Additional Info:

• Career path built in, first increase is at 9 months and is typically 4-8%
• End of year is the busiest season due to W2 and typical payroll end of year functions
• Dress code is business casual
• Benefits go into effective first day of the following month
•            Example: Start date is 10/25 then benefits begin 11/1

Requirements:

• Must have previous and current experience in a Call Center
• IT or Technology centered experience preferred 
• Amazing tenure (6 Mo.+ in majority of positions held)
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Northern Phoenix
• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• Must be able to pass and undergo a 7 year background check
• Must have HS Diploma/GED or higher level of education
