Reputable organization in the Doral area is seeking for a Bilingual Office Support /IT Department. This role is not remote!

Bilingual Office Support Representative / IT Department - responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers: entering warrantees on HVAC units
  • Assist with order entry
  • Provide Customer Service Support via email on product information: Accept, print, process orders.
  • Professionally address customer service requests incoming via email and telephone, provide conflict resolution.
  • Assist with creating sales orders, and packing slips for warehouse.
  • Daily and weekly reporting on Excel 
  • Assist with Administrative activities and assist with overseeing IT activities
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Job Requirements

Key Competencies for Bilingual Office Support /IT Department.

  • Perfect communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Great communicator: comfortable communicating over the phone, in person, and via email.
  • Must be interested in tech industry as there will be a lot of new information about air conditioning products.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Adaptability, initiative and high stress tolerance
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
