Description

RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for a dynamic leader to help motivate contact center team members and drive the company to success. The Call Center Supervisor will be supervising 10-12 employees.

This is a permanent opportunity that will sit onsite in Rochester, NY. 

Salary: $70,000

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Develop goals and improvement strategies for agents
  • Provide assistance for escalated issues
  • Assists with hiring, training, development, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitors performance 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a contact center environment
  • HR or payroll industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and drive results
