$20/hr

Schedule: 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description:

Inbound Customer Service Rep assisting small to medium size businesses with their payroll needs and questions

  • Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat
  • Maintain an understanding of client offering/products
  • Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce
  • Ability to accurately input client data

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service and call center experience
  • Upbeat and professional
  • Data entry skills
  • Payroll experience preferred
