$24/hr

Schedule: 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description:

Combination of customer service & tech support. Take inbound calls to assist customers with "how to" scenario

• Simple like password resets or how to tax a large amount of money
• More complex could be how to extract data & create a custom report or how to fix entries in the system that are incorrect.
• Teach and inform how to do it so the customer can be self-sufficient.

Requirements:

• Customer service and Call center experience required!!
• Troubleshooting
• Tech Support
• Web-based portal and Mobile App experience
• Payroll experience preferred
