**This position is On Site in Phoenix**
Schedule: 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday
Combination of customer service & tech support. Take inbound calls to assist customers with "how to" scenario
- Simple like password resets or how to tax a large amount of money
- More complex could be how to extract data & create a custom report or how to fix entries in the system that are incorrect.
- Teach and inform how to do it so the customer can be self-sufficient.
- Customer service and Call center experience required!!
- Tech Support
- Web-based portal and Mobile App experience
- Payroll experience preferred
