We are currently hiring full-time Licensing Representatives within our Agency Licensing Department in Franklin, TN. Having knowledge of the insurance industry is very helpful but is not required.

THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE!!!

This is an entry level clerical position responsible for processing and auditing all paperwork and responses from agencies regarding Error & Omissions, License Renewal Requests, New Agency Appointments & Contract Compliance, etc.

 

Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30AM – 4:30PM EST or 8am - 5pm EST)
  • Pay: $13.63 - $15
  • Virtual and in-person training

Job Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

This candidate will:

  • Maintain the Error & Omissions renewal request program and Processing responses received from agencies on Error & Omissions Renewal Requests.
  • Maintain the License Renewal program request program and processing responses received from agencies on License Renewal Requests
  • Process New Agency Appointments & Contract Compliance
  • Index all items received in the imaging system within the Licensing Dept
  • Process Producer Appointment requests
  • Sales & Marketing Management– contact for issues with any of the TSMs or the quality of work being submitted to the Licensing Department.
  • Finance Accountant – issues related to banking information corrections; address corrections for payment of commissions with regards to agency records.
  • Website Security Technician – issues related to website security for agencies
  • Agency Personnel – contacted during compliance reviews of any submissions or questions from any of the 5000 agencies. This accounts for about 85% of all contact with others.
  • Processing “Priority Same-Day Items” Website Sec/Bank Authorizations

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related business field
  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance industry
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS400 and Onbase required
  • Knowledge of RightFax and ACT helpful
