A rapidly growing multi-state pharmaceutical organization is in need of contract Commercial L&D Administrative Coordinator! This role will support the Learning and Development team.
- Part-Time (25 hours per week)
- Pay: Depends on experience (approx. $20-$25/hr)
- Location: Onsite in Irvine (can work either Remote, Hybrid or Onsite)
- Duration: Approx. 3-6 months
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Legal paperwork processing: SOW, PO, Invoices, MSA, NDA
- Trackers for SOW/PO for budget
- Tracker for approved materials, exp dates, etc.
- Work w/admin on logistics planning 4 New Hire Training/year
- Outlook invites for NHTs-4, TTTs, National Sales Meetings, Plan of Action Meetings, etc.
- Email correspondence for above
- Arrange my travel to above
- My expense reports- especially during New Hire Training
- Streamline CL&D Box and keep current
- Tracker for expiration dates for all CL&D content
- Arrange weekly/biweekly calls w/all partnering depts. & agencies
- Keep Distribution Lists & “who to contact lists” up to date & get to field
Experience and Requirements:
- 2+ years Strong administrative skills (organized, detail oriented, scheduling, etc.)
- 1 year supporting C-level Executives
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with Concur preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
