We are seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to join our team! Located near the USF Tampa Campus, this contract to hire position will allow you to help others and grow in your career! You will be responsible for inbound calls assisting with copies of results, appointment scheduling, general info on what to expect, and how to prepare for their visit to a diagnostic center.

Location: Tampa, FL 33612

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7:00PM and Saturday-Sunday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST

Shift: Set 40 hour work week within hours of operation - weekend availability is required

Base Pay: $17.25 per hour (Base pay $16.25 plus $1 Spanish Bilingual differential)

You will work and train on site for at least the first 30 days before you can be approved to be sent to work from home. Applicants must be comfortable reporting to site as needed.

Patient Team CSRs are responsible for the following:

  • Manage inbound calls assisting with copy’s of results, appointment scheduling, general info on what to expect and how to prepare for their visit to labs
  • Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
  • Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics
  • Able to empathize, de-escalate, and deliver difficult news to irate customers

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED - required
  • Bilingual: English (excellent) and Spanish (advanced conversational and written) - required
  • Recent Call Center Experience - required
  • Recent Healthcare Experience - preferred
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Tech Savvy
  • Must be comfortable working on site
