Inbound Customer Service Rep assisting small to medium size businesses with their payroll needs and questions
- Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat
- Maintain an understanding of client offering/products
- Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce
- Ability to accurately input client data
Training Schedule: Assigned an 8-hour schedule between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday
Training & Work Location: On-site Phoenix, AZ 85053
