The Human Resources Coordinator/Talent Development coordinator will support talent and training process in SumTotal and Workday.
- Supports LMS platform by providing technical system support and administration to meet learning needs from end users, super-users, and our Learning local Administrators.
- This support includes system analysis of Learning Enhancements by listening to business partners, coordinating with LMS vendor and delivering design documentation for the functionality required to support needs.
- Monitor system mailboxes and respond to user inquiries
- Conduct and document testing to confirm that the system is acting as intended based on change requirements and test scenarios
- Provide logistics support for virtual and in-person training
- Level 1 troubleshooting and support for frequent/recurring issues
- Provide best in class customer service when communicating solutions to end users.
