RemX Staffing is seeking a HR Coordinator in the Madison, NJ area!

This is a long-term contract opportunity that will be working a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Participate in recruiting events representing company and its clients
• Assist with scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews, calibrations, and meetings
• Greet candidates and provide company tours
• Maintain weekly recruiting reports
• Source candidates throughout hiring process in applicant tracking system
• Work closely with the HR team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates
• Conduct screenings and complete interview guides for high volume hiring
• Identify recruiting sources, assess new talent and develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent
• Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
• Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
• Additional ad-hoc duties as assignment by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1 year in a HR or Recruiting support role
• Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn new computer applications quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
• Multitask effectively- working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
