Inbound Customer Service Rep assisting small to medium size businesses with their payroll needs and questions

Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat

Maintain an understanding of client offering/products

Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce

Ability to accurately input client data
