This is not a basic accounting job.  It's actually a fun job if you really like accounting, financial analysis (ad hoc reporting) and and getting involved in how the business will meet goals and objectives.  

Based in the East Valley/Mesa.   Enjoy a hybrid (remote + in office schedule)   

$75-85K DOE, direct hire

Senior Accountant is responsible for a multitude of general ledger functions:  revenue recognition, account reconciliations, reporting and analysis, month-end close, and inventory reconciliations. Analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely finance reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

About 10 people on the Finance team + some team members in other countries.

Complexity level - 4/5 

Required : 

• Masters in Business or Accounting
• BA/BS in Accounting , Finance , or Business 
• CMA or CPA preferred - we support your maintaining it or obtaining it. 
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• ERP System
• Understanding of IFRS as well as GAA
• Effective oral & written communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost care, security and discretion
• Ability to work cooperatively with others within and across functions at all levels of the company
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
