We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in a call center setting for an insurance company in the Nashville and surrounding areas!!

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

PAYRATE: $15/hr. and $16/hr. bilingual (PAID WEEKKLY)

SHIFT: 9a- 6p Monday- Friday

Temp- Hire

Onsite training then fully remote - first 6 weeks onsite

All applicants considered- entry level

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handling all incoming calls about 85-100 calls a day.

Answering questions about the different types of insurance coverages, explain different billing options, setting up auto draft, etc.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

6 months of customer service experience including call center, in person retail, restaurant and fast food. 

Communicate well verbally

Able to efficiently navigate through multiply screens while speaking with customers- must be able to multitask
