TYPE: Long term contract with potential for permanent hire

YOUR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Calendar management for two executives
- Make domestic travel arrangements for executives including flight, hotel, rental car
- Prepare for team meetings at headquarters location several times per year
- Enter expenses for executives
- Data entry into risk management software program
- Other duties as assigned by management
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in administrative role supporting executives
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Outlook
- Must have strong data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy
- Experience with Origami software is a plus
