TYPE: Long term contract with potential for permanent hire

YOUR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Calendar management for two executives
  • Make domestic travel arrangements for executives including flight, hotel, rental car
  • Prepare for team meetings at headquarters location several times per year
  • Enter expenses for executives
  • Data entry into risk management software program
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in administrative role supporting executives
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Outlook
  • Must have strong data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy
  • Experience with Origami software is a plus
