TYPE: Direct Hire; Hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 remote

WHY THIS COMPANY: A global freight forwarder, our client works to foster a team atmosphere in each of their US and international offices.  They offer supply chain management solutions for a variety of industries while providing excellent customer service.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Process all assigned air import and ocean import brokerage files timely with Customs
• Classify invoices, working with importers as needed to identify commodities for proper classification
• ISF filing
• Obtain clearance from Customs
• Arrange on-forwarding with carriers
• Invoice for brokerage services and customs fees
• SOP creation for clients and updating as needed
• Additional duties as assigned by management

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in customs entry writing is required
• Must be a team player
• Organized and a problem solver
