RemX is hiring a Credit Counselor in Franklin, TN. The Credit Counselor is an integral contributor to the credit and billing processes in a high volume financial shared services environment supporting an exciting collection of hotel properties across North America. 

Onsite: Franklin, TN

Pay rate: $22-$23 per hour based on experience

Overtime is possible

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (Flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Manage credit risk
• In regular contact with guests and clients of the hotels to ensure timely collection of advance deposits and direct-billed accounts
• Excellent understanding of the overall order to cash process as it relates to both the hotel and shared services environment

Experience:

• GED or High School Diploma
• 1-2 years customer-facing work experience in a hospitality or finance environment
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience with extending credit, collections experience, and preparing credit proposals
