**THIS POSTION IS ONSITE!!!**

Position: *Onsite* Inbound Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18/hr. 

Benefits go into effective first day of the following month

**Career path built in, first increase is at 9 months and is typically 4-8%**

Training & Work Location:  Albuquerque, NM

Training Schedule: 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday

Post- Training Schedule:  You will be assigned an 8 hour schedule between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday

Position Description:

• Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat
• Maintain an understanding of client offering/products
• Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, Salesforce
• Ability to accurately input client data

Requirements: 

• 1 + years of Customer Service Call Center Experience.
• Motivated and a positive attitude a must
• Eager and willing to learn
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Strong communication skills
• Able and willing to work weekends and/or evenings
