RemX is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA. The CSR assists with customer complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancelations.
Pay rate: $17/hour
Needing Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish speaking)
Direct Hire
Schedule: 8-hour shift between the hours of 10am-8pm, Mon-Fri. (must be available to work any shift between these hours)
Work from home. Must be able to come to the office for 2nd week of training
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls for assigned lender relationships including assisting callers with questions regarding letters or charges for insurance and obtaining proof of coverage
- Work account call queues call agency number given to obtain proof of coverage; Call customer (on certain accounts) to obtain current insurance agency or carrier information
- Check insurance websites for proof of coverage and printing proof for data entry
- Contact agent to verify Break in Coverage (BIC) dates
- Assist Customer Service Coordinator as needed
- Accountability: 50% Providing excellent customer service; 50% Meeting goals and deadlines
- Attend departmental meetings as requested
- Maintain appropriate, professional working relationships with clients and other employees
- Reporting, analysis, and problem resolution
