Description

RemX is seeking an Associate Service Coordinator to help support a company in the Atlanta area. The Associate Service Coordinator practices effective desk management, communication, and team support by processing assigned tasks for Service Coordinators and Recruiters. 

Pay rate: $40,000 - $45,000

Hybrid, but must live in the Atlanta area for training and to check in on the office on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Management Team and Sales Team with assigned Projects
  • Supports deadlines, data integrity, and keeps management informed of activities and significant problems
  • Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of all related Service Coordinator functions
  • Enters data and updates database on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinate travel for contractors throughout their assignments 
  • Ensure all accounting/assignment related documents are sent out and received back in a timely manner, are in order, and are signed by both the contractor and the client
  • Submit any reimbursement issues to accounting department for correction
  • Communicate with contractors via phone calls and e-mails regarding relevant concerns and necessary documentation/logistics
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good business relationships with customers and outside contacts
  • Resolves customer requests, complaints, and problems.  
  • Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the Company
  • Keeps management informed of area activities, significant problems, and any changes requested of them
  • Assists other Service Coordinators and other divisions as needed
  • Generates credible and timely reports to team and management as needed

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • High School graduate, college training preferred 
  • 6 months to 3 years of customer care/support experience 
  • Good interpersonal and public relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work well independently (self-motivated) as well as in a team environment 
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills and accurate typing abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) 
  • Able to work with and support sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of specific client objectives and business strategies
  • Awareness of product offerings
