Stable, reliable company in the IT Manufacturing is looking for a Call Desk Admin.  Evaluation to hire, located in Irvine.  Offering $18-22/hr.

Call Desk Admin:

• Opening tickets and scheduling onsite interventions for IT and Medical Devices OEMSs
• Calling customers on the phone to perform pre site checks and transferring results into CRM system.

Call Desk Admin:

• 1 years of Customer Service
• Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel
• IT knowledge, knows IT terminology (server, work station, computer room)
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Analytical thinker, independent team player, attention to detail to identify problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
