Job Overview:
- Provide telephone/email/chat assistance to homeowners and contractors. Manage inbound/outbound calls from homeowners and contractors regarding an HVAC issue, repair, replacement, scheduling the contractor based on the area/geography. Making outbound calls or outbound emails to verify and confirm everything.
Temp to hire
Pay Rate: $21-23/hour
Training & Post Training Schedule: 7:30am-4pm/8am-4:30pm/8:30am-5pm
Experience:
- previous call center customer service
- customer facing experience
- call center or reception
