Job Overview:

  • Provide leadership for a team of agents that are assisting homeowners and contractors through telephone/email/chat assistance to homeowners and contractors.
  • Provide coaching, Conduct weekly and monthly meetings
  • Assist and Approve Payroll
  • Perform duties as needed

 

Temp to hire

Pay Rate: $25

Training & Post Training Schedule: 7:30am-4pm/8am-4:30pm/8:30am-5pm

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Call Center Management Experience Required
  • great communication skills and can work with and as a part of a team in a collaborative work environment
  • Call center or reception
