**This position is On Site in Lenexa, KS**
Customer Service Rep Needed!!!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls assisting with copies of results, appointment scheduling, general info on what to expect and how to prepare for visit
- Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
- Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics
- Able to empathize, de-escalate, and deliver difficult news to irate customers
Start Date: 7/20
Training Schedule: 7am-4pm CST Mon-Fri, 4 weeks (1 hour lunch)
Hours of Operation:
7AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Friday
7AM to 4PM CST on Saturday/Sunday (Must work one weekend day)

Job Requirements:
- Healthcare/Call Center customer service,
- Passion and empathy!!
- Strong de-escalation skills
- Tech Savvy – using multiple systems, typing with speed and accuracy, working in e-mail/word/excel and chat
- Bilingual Preferred!!
