 Summary:

Project Coordinator is responsible for executing specific stages of the Customer program/project outlined from planning to completion by the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager. The Coordinator will provide administrative, coordination and organizational support to the Project Management team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Project Coordinator will be maintaining and completing paperwork, system updates and project tracking, record keeping, monitoring schedules, requesting and organizing drawings, estimates and purchase orders, handling administrative duties and assisting Project Managers in day-to-day activities including direct contact with customers and subcontractors.
  • The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, flexible, and able to represent our company in a professional and courteous manner. Critical thinking and written/verbal communication are an integral part of this position.
  • Position requires working with deadlines, ability to multi-task and proficiency in MS Office programs. Problem solving abilities are crucial and applicants must be able to function in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment.
