Title: Patient CSR / Bilingual Patient CSR

Start Date: 7/6

Training: Lenexa KS 66219

Training Schedule: 7am-4pm CST Mon-Fri, 4 weeks (1 hour lunch)

Hours of Operation:

7AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Friday  

7AM to 4PM CST on Saturday/Sunday  

Post Training Schedule requirement:

Work 4 weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday. Their weekday off will be based on business needs. But likely Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.  

Pay Rate: $16.50+ per hour

Bilingual Rate: $1 extra differential

Job Responsibilities

The Patient Team is responsible for the following:

• Manage inbound calls assisting with copies of results, appointment scheduling, general info on what to expect and how to prepare for their visit
• Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
• Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics
• Able to empathize, de-escalate, and deliver difficult news to irate customers

• Customer service, hospitality, or guest services experience
• Passion and empathy - calls can be very emotional, and agents must have very strong de-escalation skills
• Tech Savvy – using multiple systems, typing with speed and accuracy, working in e-mail/word/excel and eventually chat
• Must be able to commute to the office for a minimum of 30 days
