RemX is proud to represent Logistics organization in Medley seeking for a Bilingual Dispatcher / Customer Service. "Fast pace environment" Position is NOT remote.
Dispatcher /Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery on promise of outstanding service.
- Work side by side with drivers regarding deliver routes
- Contacting customers to confirm/reschedule deliveries
- High volume data entry of delivery receipts.
- To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.
- Assist with customer questions/concerns on daily freight
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Schedule: 11:30AM-8:00PM -Weekends are REQUIRED
REQUIREMENTS:
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have good knowledge of computers
- Self-motivated, work independently and able to meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Adaptability, initiative and high stress tolerance
- Must have high regards for attendance and punctuality
