Monday – Friday **In Office**

Some aspects of the job:

  • Accounting duties including, but not limited to purchase orders, sales orders, packing slips, invoices, A/P, A/R, statements, and credit memos
  • Domestic and international order initiation and management
  • Tracking production schedules
  • Overseeing and problem solving IT related issues
  • Office management and maintaining office systems, files, and supplies
  • Answering and routing incoming calls
  • Effectively liaising among Clients, Vendors, Sales Director/s and Account Coordinator/s
  • Creating job jackets and managing multiple project first articles
  • Willing and available to address projects as they arise

 

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in similar role (Industry preferred: manufacturing, production and/or packaging)
  • Degree preferred, but not required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quick learner, team player, ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Seasoned Mac, Sage, Excel, and Microsoft Suite user (Tech-Savvy)
  • Able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Goal/deadline driven
  • Dependable, consistent, stable
  • Positive, optimistic outlook and enjoyable to be around
