Monday – Friday **In Office**
Some aspects of the job:
- Accounting duties including, but not limited to purchase orders, sales orders, packing slips, invoices, A/P, A/R, statements, and credit memos
- Domestic and international order initiation and management
- Tracking production schedules
- Overseeing and problem solving IT related issues
- Office management and maintaining office systems, files, and supplies
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Effectively liaising among Clients, Vendors, Sales Director/s and Account Coordinator/s
- Creating job jackets and managing multiple project first articles
- Willing and available to address projects as they arise
