RemX is assisting a client located in Alpharetta, GA to find a Specialty Claims - Claim Assistant. This position functions as a service liaison between brokers, insureds, and claimants, and the professional staff by proving administrative support. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Claims Staff by obtaining information of varying complexity and updated applications and records
  • Respond to communication from brokers, insureds, claimants, and claim vendors
  • Research policy and claim information
  • Compiling data, complete forms and filings, run reports
  • Reviews invoices and bills
  • Process financial transactions within delegated authority

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalency
  • 3 or more years of claims clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking ability 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient with all Windows Operations Systems: Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables)

Job Location: Alpharetta, GA - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
