This position functions as a service liaison between brokers, insureds, and claimants, and the professional staff by proving administrative support. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Claims Staff by obtaining information of varying complexity and updated applications and records
- Respond to communication from brokers, insureds, claimants, and claim vendors
- Research policy and claim information
- Compiling data, complete forms and filings, run reports
- Reviews invoices and bills
- Process financial transactions within delegated authority
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalency
- 3 or more years of claims clerical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient with all Windows Operations Systems: Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables)
Job Location: Alpharetta, GA - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
