RemX is seeking a Compensation Analyst for our client in San Diego County, this is a Direct Hire Opportunity – Hybrid  - $80 to 95K DOE



  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and procedures
  • Administers compensation programs including annual salary planning, managed performance evaluations, reviews, promotions, and wage adjustments
  • Assist in the implementation and design of compensation practices
  • Review and conduct job analysis to determine job level classification and salary ranges
  • Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and HR department for all compensation matters relating to offers, promotions, reviews, and internal transfers
  • Collect and analyze market data, complete market data benchmarking including annual compensation survey submissions.
  • Collaborate in the development, implementation, and administration of wage and salary reviews.
  • Partner in the development of training materials and communications for leaders and employees for compensation related matters.
  • Manage the function, content, and data in the Compensation module within HRIS
  • Supports audits related to compensation controls.


Job Requirements


  • Three years’ experience working in compensation or combinations of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with compensation surveys and market data analysis required
  • UKG UltiPro experience preferred
