RemX is seeking a Compensation Analyst for our client in San Diego County, this is a Direct Hire Opportunity – Hybrid - $80 to 95K DOE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and procedures
- Administers compensation programs including annual salary planning, managed performance evaluations, reviews, promotions, and wage adjustments
- Assist in the implementation and design of compensation practices
- Review and conduct job analysis to determine job level classification and salary ranges
- Partner with hiring managers, department leaders, and HR department for all compensation matters relating to offers, promotions, reviews, and internal transfers
- Collect and analyze market data, complete market data benchmarking including annual compensation survey submissions.
- Collaborate in the development, implementation, and administration of wage and salary reviews.
- Partner in the development of training materials and communications for leaders and employees for compensation related matters.
- Manage the function, content, and data in the Compensation module within HRIS
- Supports audits related to compensation controls.
