We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Credit Associate in the New Braunfels area! 

Pay: $15/hr- weekly pay 

Onsite in New Braunfels, TX!

OVERVIEW

Our client  is one of the largest industrial distributors in North America. The company provides a broad range of products and value-add services to approximately 300,000 customers with leadership positions in maintenance, repair and operations.

Brief Description: Credit associates are responsible for answering a heavy volume of incoming calls, providing customer service, collections (asking for payment) and responding to inquiries on general account information. They will also coordinate with our Collections Associates in the resolution of billing disputes that affect the ability to collect receivables.

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Customer Service experience
• Call Center experience (this role will manage approx. 50 - 70 inbound calls per day)
• Ability to multi-task effectively
