  • The candidate for this position with be helping with pre-onboarding & onboarding process for our manufacturing sites & remote roles in North America. Also, someone with advanced Microsoft office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. HR experience preferred, but need to have some experience with managing data, project management, and data reporting and advance user in MS tools. Must have great organization & project management skills.
  • Must be personable, good communicator (verbal & written), organized, great sense of urgency, innovative/creative or able to help improve a process, not afraid to speak up or ask questions, detailed oriented. Passionate about HR and helping people, able to take on new duties and responsibilities as the role progresses. Strong customer service. Love data and knows the importance of accuracy and how it has a domino effect, eager and proactive. Able to work individually. Results oriented person, etc.


  • Performing data audits (standard work established)
  • Create dashboards (for digital upload)
  • HRIS configuration testing and documentation of communication/training materials & guides


  • Strong organizational and project management skills, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated, able to handle multiple projects, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills 
  • Technical writing skills (developing training documentation) 
  • Data management and data auditing experience preferred 
  • Effective communication (both written and verbally)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as they will work with cross-functional remote global teams
  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and HRIS systems like (DayForce HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • 2-4+ years in human resources as generalist, onsite HR, onboarding specialist, recruiting & sourcing, administrative, etc
