Position: Customer Service Representative/ Tech Support

Location: In office: North Phoenix *and surrounding cities only*

Pay: $24.23/hr. FULL benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Career path built in, first increase is at 9 months and is typically 4-8%

Training: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Three (3) weeks classroom + two (2) weeks nesting

Shift: Monday- Friday No Weekends! Must be available to work an 8hr. shift between 8am-6pm

Position Details:

Combination of customer service & tech support.

You will be assigned your clients(after training) and will take inbound calls to assist them with "how to" scenarios.

These scenarios could be anywhere from as simple as, a password change to as complicated as, how to extract data & create a custom report or how to fix entries in the system that are incorrect.


Job Requirements


  • Must complete an application at 
  • Must have 1+ yr. current experience in a Call Center
  • Amazing tenure (1+ yr. in majority of positions held)
  • IT or Technology centered experience required 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
  • Must be able to pass and undergo a 7 yr. background check
  • Must have HS Diploma/GED or higher level of education 
  • Second interview with client's management team required
  • Must reside in AZ (Phoenix or a surrounding city) to be eligible!
