Position: *Onsite* Direct Hire Inbound Customer Support Representative
Pay: $17.60-$18.20 D.O.E.
Training & Work Location: Gilbert, AZ (Warner & Recker)
Dress Code: Business casual
Training Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Post- Training Schedule: Various Shifts Available **Must be available to work at least one day on the weekend**
Job Description:
Responsible for answering inbound internal and external calls.
Utilizing Home Delivery processes to solve inquiries/issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Process orders and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional job responsibilities include the following activities: customer service, home delivery process knowledge, phone skills, multitasking, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, resolving conflict, and processing customer adjustments/orders.
