Position: Call Center Supervisor

Location: On-site  *ALBUQUERQUE, NM *and surrounding cities*

Pay: 60-70K Annually (depending on exp.) & full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision

Start: Start dates are every Friday (Once background clears) until roles are fulfilled 

Shift: Must have open availability (Client will provide this information given you're selected for an interview with their management team) 

Position Details:

Supervises and directs a specialized team of CSRs in the provision of the company's services to clients. Provides leadership and technical advice on multiple product lines in order to resolve problems. Establishes and maintains positive image with clients and the team.

  • Manage a team of 8-15 call center agents
  • Responsible for things like coaching, training, taking escalated calls, handling schedules and changes, etc.

Job Requirements


  • Current and recent call center management experience required*
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be able to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM
  • Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Must be able to pass a 7 year Background check
  • Second interview with client's management team required 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to type 35+ wpm
