Our Medical Records client is looking for highly motivated and friendly candidates to join their team of Medical Outreach Agents!

 Position:  Medical Outreach Agents

Temp-Hire: (Not a Contract Role) Initially hired on in a temporary status giving the client an opportunity to ensure you're a hard worker and dedicated to the company. Client uses attendance, performance, and attitude into consideration for permeant placement. 

Location: Remote Work from Home RALEIGH, NC *and surrounding cities*

 Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay & full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Start Date:  Early July 

Tentative on your punctuality in the hiring process

Client has a 0 time off policy for the first 30 days of starting *ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS*

Training: Remote Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM (Approx. 7 days) 

**All equipment provided for you by the company**

Shift: Monday- Friday 10:00AM- 6:30PM

(times will change with daylight savings)

 Position Details:

• Handle high volume outbound calls to providers to retrieve patient medical records.
• Provide accurate information.
• Provide appropriate follow-ups.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must complete an application at www.remx.com to be eligible!
• Must have 1+ yr. current experience in a Call Center
• Amazing tenure (1+ yr. in majority of positions held)
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• Must have a quiet and professional work space at home
• Must have HS Diploma/GED or higher level of education 
• Must be able to pass and undergo a 7 year background check
• Must be able to pass and undergo an in-person saliva drug screening in Cary, NC
• Must be able to satisfy 30 day no time off policy (Absolutely no exceptions)
• Must be able to pick up equipment in Durham, NC
• Must reside in NC (Cary or a surrounding city) to be eligible!
