AP ADMINISTRATOR

Type: Direct Hire (100% in office)

AP ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Reconcile invoices to bank download weekly
  • Manage all utilities for all office locations to ensure utilities are paid on time
  • Code utilities properly working closely with the accounting department   
  • Monitor AP email inbox daily & ensure invoices are keyed in and sent to managers
  • Statement review
  • Work with Senior AP Specialist to ensure accuracy of imported invoices
  • Handle wire transfers
  • Collect W-9's and COI’s for new vendors
  • Other duties as assigned  

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 2-5 years of relevant AP experience  
  • Hospitality Experience a plus
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook & Excel
