AP ADMINISTRATOR
Type: Direct Hire (100% in office)
AP ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Reconcile invoices to bank download weekly
- Manage all utilities for all office locations to ensure utilities are paid on time
- Code utilities properly working closely with the accounting department
- Monitor AP email inbox daily & ensure invoices are keyed in and sent to managers
- Statement review
- Work with Senior AP Specialist to ensure accuracy of imported invoices
- Handle wire transfers
- Collect W-9's and COI’s for new vendors
- Other duties as assigned
