National Leader Home Improvement Retail store, is looking for call center associates to be responsible of support delivery operations, solve inquiries/issues and process orders and fulfil customer needs within inbound call center environment
Location: Onsite > Gilbert 85236
Post- Training Schedules: Different schedules available. Morning, midday and evening shifts. Include 1 day of the weekend. (Consecutive days off)
Training Length: Two - Three weeks classroom
Training Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
•Support delivery operations including inbound calls from internal and external customers, issue identification and resolutions.
•Interactions with 3PL service providers and store operations to address and resolve claims and complaints received involving In Home Customer Delivery experiences.
Pay Range: $17.60-$18.20/hour
