HR Assistant/Administrative Assistant - must be bilingual Spanish
- Data Entry – review, verify, and accurately enter personnel information into various applications/software.
- Assist with recruitment process; collaborate with managers to create and facilitate effective and relevant interview questions, and manage recruitment documentation, during the process.
- Assist in administration of benefits programs.
- Ensure OSHA and Cal OSHA compliance; ensure safety requirements are being completed by employees, and ensure the proper supporting documentation is filed.
- Leave of absence & return to work program administration.
- Maintain employee personnel records; protects organization's value by keeping HR related information confidential.
- Assist Director of Human Resources with research pertaining to new laws and regulations, for multiple states.
- Together with other administrative support staff, assist in planning meetings & company events. i.e. ordering of meals and entertainment for meetings, whether on-site or off-site.
- Assist HR/Accounting peers with various projects, at the Stagg and Odessa office.
- Filing – paper & e-files.
- Other tasks, as assigned.
• 2 years’ experience
• Onboarding/Dealing w/Temps/Agencies
• Bilingual is a must
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• 100% in office
• 7 am -330 pm M-F
