Remote Debt Collections Specialist 

RemX is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Debt Collections job working remotely. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding past due accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Debt Collections job include:

• Handling high volume calls daily
• Updating account information
• Data Entry
• Utilizing account management systems
• Resolving customer concerns
• Meeting QA standards
• Policies and procedures-FDCPA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Comfortable being on the phone consistently (100-200 calls daily)
• Call Center experience 
• 2-3 years of Collections experience 
• Flexible and team-oriented 
• Great communication, negotiation, and listening skills

Wage: $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
