Administrative Assistant

Bridgewater NJ area

Immediate Opening for a part time administrative asst

Base $22-$30 hr with opportunity for a bonus

Hybrid 3 days in office Hours 1pm-5pm

Responsibilities:

-          Assisting team with updating paperwork

-          Converting documents into PDF

-          Scan folders

-          Add Warehouse inventory invoices to folders

-          Sending samples out and check for expired samples

-          Make sure inventory count is accurate

-          Booking travel arrangements, car services, restaurant reservations, ordering catering for meetings

-          Ordering office supplies

-          Assisting Operations team with matters as needed

-          Make sure office and Kitchen is always tidy

-          Communicate with building if there are any suite/building issues

 

 

Qualifications:

Microsoft, Adobe

4 yr College degree preferred
