Immediate Opening for a Customer Service Representative!

Don’t miss an opportunity for you to leverage your customer service and order processing experience with an amazing company in Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, vendor management, order processing and data entry!

Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (In office)

CSR Responsibilities

• Review and ensure customer order due dates are in line with required delivery dates
• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work order to ensure that the company can comply with process requirements
• Provide continuous updates to customers on the status of their orders
• Communicate with customers on any additional blueprints, drawings, or other items needed for processing
• Prepare orders in ship out or other areas as needed
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficient MS Office skills (required)
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (In office)
