RemX is seeking a Customer Retention Agent in Nashville, TN. The Customer Retention Agent is primarily responsible for assisting customers by making and taking calls related to payment arrangements in a courteous manner. The Customer Retention Agent works in a contact center environment where calls are directed by a preview/predictive dialer.
Pay rate: $16-20
Training: 30 days in office, Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm
Schedule: Operating Hours Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm / Open 365 days per year, off every other weekend
