Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process weekly multi-state payroll for 700 employees’, calculate hours and monitor payroll, workers compensation, vacation/sick time, etc.
  • Monitor hours for lunches, breaks, and provide feedback to managers on audit findings to ensure adherence to CA Law
  • Manages all aspects in ATS (UltiPro)
  • Set up Benefits Administration and send notices to employees
  • Handles garnishments and wage withholding notifications
  • Act as point of contact for employees regarding Benefits questions
  • Manages and maintains the timekeeping system
  • All other general payroll and administrative duties as assigned
  • Support the HR Generalist and HR Manager with ad hoc reporting and tasks

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years payroll experience in UltiPro preferred (will consider applicants with other ATS software who can learn), preferred experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experienced with CA timekeeping payroll laws
  • MUST be bilingual English / Spanish
  • Some knowledge of Benefits administration is a plus
  • Desire and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
